U-Touch has a volunteer opportunity for a Development Associate. This volunteer position is a unique opportunity for an expert in the field who wants to give back to society, helping support a nonprofit organization in building the revenue strategy, systems, and key relationships to accelerate its growth and impact. The Fundraising Volunteer will work closely with U-TOUCH’s Executive Director and the grant writing team.

Join us in congratulating Gracious, seen here with Denis, ICT Trainer in Pader, for her great success in opening her stationary store, Good Hope Stationary.
As Gracious explains, “The choice of name is self-explanatory. U-TOUCH is a dawn of Hope in my life.”
Good Hope Stationary provides typesetting, computer training and photocopying services in addition to stationary supplies, providing much needed services to individuals and businesses in Patongo, Uganda.
Sihiba Yusufu is a 13 year old mother living in Tanzania. She worked with AMREF UK to share her personal story with the world through video and photos on Pinterest to help other girls keep their childhood.
We applaud her efforts to bring this very important issue to light.
When I was in college, I took a course on science policy. For the course paper, I decided to do something a bit unusual — study science policy among African nations. Although there were (and are still) grave problems of poverty in Africa, there were universities, scientists and research.
